A Day in the Life - As a part of Regional Regulatory Affairs, Asia Pacific you will be a key resource who will be expected to exhibit a blend of expertise across Regulatory Affairs Operations, Business Analytics and Intelligence, Project Coordination, Process Improvement, Document Control & Compliance, Service Operational Excellence, Process Improvements along with strong stakeholder management capabilities across SCM, Customer Service, Regulatory, Information Technology including Global and APAC Regulatory Stakeholders. - In this role you will be responsible for handling multiple process across several Regulatory Systems, promote strong archival and information management practices for Regulatory Function. - You will also be responsible for End to End Operational Control of Timely Delivery of the Regulatory team over Regulatory Renewals, Submissions, MoH Query Resolution, Submission Predictability. You are also required to possess fair expertise over IT Tools and Business Analytics and Intelligence platforms. - You will exercise moderate level of judgment and decision making within globally or locally defined policies, standards and instructions. You are required to apply principles of Customer Focused Quality in daily activities in order to meet and exceed internal and external customer requirements
