Required profile: - MBA from a Tier 1 institute - 2+ years of exceptional sales experience - Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to operate by metrics - Passion for building and maintaining customer relationship - Background in startups will be a plus - Some experience of P&L management and team handling will be a plus Responsibilities: He/She will have the complete ownership of a city or a region and will be responsible for onboarding accounts with an annualized Gross Transaction value (GTV) of at least 10 Cr. Below are the key responsibilities: - Design and implement a strategic sales roadmap that aligns with the company's vision - Develop a solid lead pipeline and qualify them scientifically to achieve the monthly sales targets - Own recruiting, setting up objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new products and competitive landscape
