Role: Assistant Vice President, Product Education &amp; Experience: - MBA from Tier 1 MBA college and 2-4 yrs of post-MBA experience in Product management - OR Under-graduation from Top IIT and atleast 5 years of experience (with at-least 3 years of Product management experience) Employment Type: Full time Location: Gurgaon, India Responsibilities: - Complete ownership of multiple MedTrail products - Manage end to end product life-cycle. From defining product requirements to wireframing, managing release cycles and product maintenance - Manage a team of Product Managers/Analysts to develop new products and increase adoption - Responsible for NPS and growth of the product - Be the voice of the customer. Conduct extensive user-research to understand the customer use-cases and build products accordingly&nbsp; Required skills: - Previous experience in Product Management - Should have developed or managed a product end to end with a significant scale - Should have Good communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Coding or design background is a plus but not necessary (Salary Range: Combination of fixed salary + variable salary + ESOPs (Depending upon profile and experience)
