We are looking for Product Manager from Health sector/ B2B SAAS who can - - Work closely with business heads to understand business goals. - Interact deeply with our customers and users to understand their pain points and perspective - Candidate needs to collaborate closely with the design team to help with user flows, UI and UX and scope for features. - Work closely with the tech team to spec out features and set scope for sprints. - Ensure the outcomes meet the goal and iterate by collecting and sharing feedback. Skill-sets we're looking for: - BE / B.Tech from IIT/ NIT + MBA from premium institutes like IIM /NMIMS/ IBS. - Must have worked in a product management role at a Health-tech company. - Having digital healthcare experience. - Love building products, explore new tech products constantly - Understand the customer needs well. - Can think in terms of systems - Extreme customer empathy - Deeply understand a user's point of view and their problems - Super awesome at communication. - Great leadership qualities. - Process oriented and can think in terms of systems - Ability to Measure success metrics.
