Job Role: Sr. Manager Corporate Sales


Responsibilities :


- Handle a team of corporate sales specialists


- Communicate Business KPIs and targets to team on regular basis.


- Develop training programs for sales teams.


- Analyse market behaviour and define data driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize the business commercial performance and contribute to projects that drive revenues.


- Approach and build relationships with associates of Targeted business clients via potential channels.


- Efficiently perform the Hunter and Farmer role as per the business requirements.


- Effectively define and differentiate our customers.


- Effectively communicate with the SPOCs of various targeted and potential business clients


- Must maintain awareness of all the service offering of the organization and also must update the deck and presentations accordingly.


- Must coordinate with other departments and teams for providing business insights, feedback and required changes.


- Conduct necessary research to understand the potential tie-up opportunities.


- Effective business as well as network development.


Requirements :


Required Qualifications - MBA (Sales and Marketing)


Experience required : 14+ years


- Prior experience in B2B sales desired


- Phenomenal English communication skills (Spoken and written)


- Expert handling of Microsoft Office applications


- Effective interpersonal and presentation skills


- Efficient business media handle presence (Like LinkedIn)


- Enthusiastic and Curious personality
