Responsibilities :

- Working with Retail & Marketing team to drive identification of requirements and create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.

- Conducting detailed data analysis across business units to evaluate business processes and improve/create new features.

- Designing analytics-based solutions that produce quantitative and qualitative business insights.

- Analysing category level metrics to isolate problems/strength areas.

- Evangelizing and operationalizing the analytical solutions for usage across the organization.

- Helping identify process improvement opportunities to build streamlined and scalable solutions.

- Strong Analytical skills with solution orientated approach for any problem areas.

- Coaching/Mentoring team members on data, business, concepts, or tech skills and continuously driving innovation and self-development in team.

Required Skills/Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in Analytics

- Strong focus on impact and ownership

- Python

- Data Analysis & Visualization

- Business Acumen

- Data Modelling

- An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
