Medlife - Senior Manager - Performance Marketing/Online Marketing/Digital Marketing (8-15 yrs)

This role involves leading the digital performance marketing function of India's largest e-health platform. You will be responsible for all paid Traffic, App installs, and lead generation and work on customer management across Medlife's business units. Working within the Revenue & Growth team will also give you exposure to the core business, with your role having a direct impact on the company's top-line. You will need to be a driven, detail-oriented and consumer-centric person with strong functional knowledge of performance marketing to thrive in this role.

What You'll do:

- Manage a team of high-performing digital marketing professionals

- Driving the strategy on Performance marketing across channels - Google, Fb, Affiliates, Programmatic

- Monthly and yearly planning and driving execution across campaigns to meet daily business objectives

- Driving channel efficiencies and managing spends effectively

- Experiment, scout and implement new digital marketing channels, tools, best practices to consistently improve ROIs and LTV of customers

- Generate quality leads for our properties and optimize lead capturing funnel

- Drive communication strategy with the in-house design team

What makes you a great fit:

- 8+ Years of experience in any online paid marketing channels (eg: Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads, etc.)

- Smart & driven with a never-ending hunger to learn

- Strong bias for action

- Detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable with spreadsheets

- Able to effectively prioritize & manage your time

- Team player but independent and self-starters

- Experience in MS office & web analytics tool
