Job description:

The Job entails the following but not limited to:

- Identify and connect the right person within a pharmaceutical company and use multiple techniques to generate leads on an on-going basis

- Create and articulate a compelling value proposition for key decision makers within pharma companies

- Familiarize yourself with Medlife's capabilities, track record and unique delivery model

- Business Development for Medlife's proprietary BI and other custom offerings. Work in collaboration with other teams for events and activities in healthcare space.

- Marketing of Medlife's positioning to senior management in pharmaceutical companies

- Develop business / project proposals using MS Power Point for various services / solutions

- Orchestrate face-to-face meetings with senior leadership (CXOs, MDs, VP/EVP, SVP etc) and support the entire process from initial contact to discussions to deal conversions.

- Account management responsibilities and end to end delivery.

Education:

- B.Pharm / Other Life sciences graduate/ + MBA from premier colleges

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in Consulting/ research

- Must have prior experience in Sales/ Business Development in healthcare segment (B2B to senior management and key decision makers is preferred)

- Understanding of the pharmaceutical business and various functions; good understanding of the pharma supply chain and operations.

- Must have strong written and oral communication / presentation skills.

- Should have passion for networking and updating oneself with the latest market trends and relate it to identifying business opportunities.

- Should be able to handle individual accounts, taking initiative and being proactive.

- Should have sales acumen and worked in pharmaceutical companies with exposure to medical / pharma field.

- Should have exposure to domestic Indian Market with thorough understanding of the supply chain

- Good negotiation skills

- Willingness to work in a very fast working environment and travel (10 days per month)
