Medlife - Senior Manager/AGM/Head - Accounts Payable/Payable Controller

- Should be able to achieve 100% on time delivery of payments to vendors

- Thorough knowledge of accounting standards and application iin P2P, Treasury, FA, Tax & Insurance processes

- Should be able to handle multiple audits simultaneously with nil observation on controls & processes

- Should have hands on knowledge of COA & Risk Management practices like SOD, maker-checker

- Ensure Monthly closure for all finance packs and submit to management with analysis of variance

- Build thorough understanding of non trade processes and become SME for the area assigned

- Should understand dynamic business processes and pro-actively create guideline for accounting & control

- Identify leakages and build controls. Drive teams productivity with clear performance checklist monitoring

- Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills to handle multiple user functions and their escalations. The candidate should be able to withstand pressure and manage the user functions requirement effectively without compromising on accuracy, controls and process adherence.

- Should be able to lead the tech development requirements in his/her domain and follow-up for closure

- Develop team for handling diverse & versatile requirement and lead the teams learning agenda

- Lead the ERP implementation by coordinating with user functions and ensuring that the process mapping and requirement gathering happens correctly
