Medlife - Operations Analyst/Process Analyst (4-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Driving Customer Experience
- Order creation flow: To measure metrics of customer expectation management: Check for App/OMS/CX team to manage items like Labwise pincodes activation, Reports TAT management, Time slot availability, Home collection/delivery charges, Coupons application etc.
- Phlebotomist service flow: To measure operations efficiency: time slot optimal usage, slot adherence, SOP adherence, add-ons/order upgrades, NPS
- Order management flow: To ensure timely fulfilment - when samples reach lab, round optimisation, sample log sheet / Payment collection process optimisation, LIS entry time, sample centrifugation time, improve operational efficiency
- Service Delivery flow: To measure if we are meeting SLAs, reports TAT, sample rejection rate, NPS, missing/outsourced test, customer escalations tracking, stock maintenance, consumption/wastage analysis, improve productivity by streamlining processes
- Inputs for inventory planning and management
- Running surveys to understand customer expectation better in every aspect of the service, and recommending solutions to improve end to end customer experience
- Internal Reporting and MIS Mgmt
- Dashboard to track sales/discounts/collections across different channels
- Purchase Indents/Purchase Orders/Material Inwards/Vendor Payments tracking dashboards
- Tracking other costs such as Logistics, CX, Marketing, work resources etc.
- Collection/Cost reports as inputs for PnL tracking
What we are looking for:
- Driven individual who is passionate about business process transformation / improvement
- Strong analytical & data modelling skills. High proficiency in excel
- Hands on skills with data extraction and data analysis to derive meaningful insights
- Strong bias towards action
- 3-4 years of relevant experience as business analyst
- Understanding of service / product based supply chain
