Medley Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is a Pharmaceutical Company, located in Mumbai, currently we have a opening for the position of Zonal Sales Manager at Mumbai HQ with our Ortho Segment (Covering Mumbai, Thane, Pune ,Ahmedabad).

Below would be the Job Responsibilities of the desired candidate:

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitoring And Controlling Sales & Marketing Activities Training To The Field Staff Effectively

- Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales

- Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization

- Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level Managing CFA

- Ensuring timely reporting through team in company prescribed formats Involvement in the competency based recruitment process and coordinate with GM, and Zonal HR for the same

Critical attributes / qualities : Negotiation skills, Co-ordination, leadership, problem solving, result orientation, Analytical ability, Team Building capability, Interpersonal skills, Computer literate

Note: Candidates having experience dealing with Ortho Products is a MUST.
