Regional Marketing for Vizag
- As Head of Marketing leads the team of Referrals (Doctors, Corporate & Insurance), Internal Branding, Credit Billing and Collection
- Takes care of ATL, BTL and TTL activities
- Mentor the team to generate and increase new OP business
- Accountability of increased revenue to the Hospital
- Market and industry mapping, gathering and analyzing data regarding competitor pricing
- Service existing Clients and Medical Centers along with retention and long term engagement
- Identifying new clients connect with key persons to understand requirements and conducting pricing and contract related negotiations.
- Plan and organize initiatives like camps, seminars , conferences and organize outreach programs with Corporate and prospective patient community
- Tracking leads mediated through TPA's, Insurance companies, Camps and Seminars
- Fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan and explore newer geographical areas and new markets
- To execute various activities planned as per phase wise business plans like Camps and Patient Education Program etc.
- To maintain and follow-up outstanding payments
- Handling grievances and provide solution
- Monitor conversion report and find possibilities to improve the same
