KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic
- Drafts comprehensive marketing strategies for Medicover Fertility.
- Contribute to the setting of short & long term revenue targets for different channels
- Ensure that the marketing plans are closely linked with Business plans
- Provide market/ customer feedback to the management team for services enhancement/ development. Own the conversation with the customer from a marketing perspective (be the voice of the customer within the organization)
- Proposes new business initiatives & drive them as appropriate
- Conceptualizes relationship programs, Customer interaction programs
- Contributes to defining the process for receiving & reverting on customer issues/complaints
- Market development: pricing, new geographical and demographic segments.
- Market communication: branding, recall, segmentation, promotions
Operational Resource Planning and Allocation :
- Finalizes annual plans for the team
- Drafts, recommends and evaluates the departmental budgets (including manpower) and its budgetary exercises
- Monitors to ensure compliance with departmental budget
- Ensures compliance with company policies and integrate audit results into departmental processes.
Sales :
- Catalyzes the Sales team and monitor regularly to ensure that targets are met as per plan by different channels.
- Conducts sales forecasting.
- Develops corporate/institutional client relationships that translate into rewarding business relationships
Marketing :
- Develops & monitors implementation of the marketing strategy.
- Reviews & analyzes reports on the external environment, market trends and competitive activities. Translate findings into business opportunities in existing and new verticals and geographic markets.
- Drives brand awareness within the organization
Corporate Communication & PR :
- Acts as the Primary contact for all media related interactions
- Manage all media interactions, Advertising, PR campaign, and website.
- Creates positive opportunities for media interactions/ coverage

Functional /Technical :-
- Marketing: Conceptual Marketing Skills, Branding, Customer oriented communication, positioning
- Relationship Management: Customer orientation, Negotiation, influence, Conflict management
- Strategic Skills: Business acumen, able to discern trends, study environment and is well read, the clear understanding of selling services, along with pricing, knowledge of services offered, Consumer behavior, segmentation and demographics, understanding of competitors.

CANDIDATE- S PROFILE
EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:-
- Essential:- MBA Marketing from premier B-school
- Preferable :- Science Graduate/Degree Diploma in Healthcare Management
- Industry Preference:- Healthcare institute/Hospital
