What You Will Do: - Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns for our products /services and our client's innovation programs. - Use Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising. - Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports. - Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time and improving conversion. - Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s). - Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) Ad management. Write copy for email marketing campaigns. - A/B testing copy, social media posts, for optimized campaign conversion. - Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing. - Develop and execute the organization-wide social media strategy, ongoing content development, and customer engagement. This is including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and WordPress (FLVS Blog). - Trained or experienced in Drip, Basecamp and Google Analytics, Sheets. - A digital marketing strategist is not a software developer, but you will need a sound knowledge of HTML/JavaScript, strong knowledge of search engine optimization and advanced Word and Powerpoint skills. - You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms. What You'll Need: - An analytical bent of mind. - 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong hold on search (paid and organic), content and email. - Great communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams in a fast-changing environment. Will work from our Bangalore office. Will be reporting to the head of global marketing and oversee the online marketing strategy for our organization.
