Our Client, a Tata Group company, is looking for an experienced Hospital Administration &amp; Quality Management professional with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital &amp; health care industry as Head, Medical Services. He would be managing company&nbsp;Industrial hospital &amp; healthcare facilities. Major Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives - Create budgets. Practice financial acumen in managing budgets. - Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures - Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies - Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations. - Organize, control, and coordinate services as per the hospital board regulations. - Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations, and department activities. - Creation of an emergency plan for adverse events and unforeseen circumstances - Business advisory, Management control and Promotion &amp; Branding Requirements :&nbsp; - Proven work experience as a Sr. Hospital Administrator, Hospital &amp; Health Care Administrator, General Manager Operations or similar senior role - Knowledge of hospital industry and healthcare procedures &amp; regulations - Excellent organizational, time management skills and Problem-solving attitude - MBBS with MD or MS degree essential. From defense services background only - Additional education in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration would be ideally suited.
