Medical Director - Healthcare (8-15 yrs)
We have an opening as a Medical Director with one of our Client.
Job Location : Bangalore
Job Description :
- Create SOPs for trust & safety at the operated clinics and partner hospitals
- Ensure strong governance mechanisms for all relevant stakeholders to adhere to SOPs
- Build clinical excellence frameworks for focus surgeries and create adherence mechanisms
- Build code red processes and handling framework, and ensure training of all relevant stakeholders
- Managing escalations on code red processes
- Audits at hospitals partners/ operated clinics to check on SOP adherences
- Design hospital & clinic staff training/ interventions if clinical excellence metrics are not being met
Requirements :
- Medical doctor (MD/MS) with 8 to 10 yrs of clinical operations/ quality improvement experience
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in managing quality, hospital operations and safety protocols is a must
- Experience in handling accreditations (NABH, JCI etc) is a plus
- Earlier experience of implementing quality in hospitals
