Media.net is looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about digital marketing and has the ability to strategize and administer Social Media marketing and advertising for a number of web properties. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in strategizing and implementing paid and organic social media campaigns.  Duties and responsibilities:  - Developing and executing the social media strategy and ensuring that it is aligned with business goals  - Setting quarterly/monthly social media objectives and reporting on ROI  - Developing a digital media plan and executing this plan by purchasing and managing the social media and digital advertising inventory  - Overseeing all aspects of the social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and handling online interactions with customers through social media  - Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive traffic to various SEM properties  - Maximizing followers and brand engagement on all social media platforms for all media properties  - Managing a content calendar across all social media platforms alongside the content team  - Maintaining relationships with experts, influencers and bloggers to increase the reach and following of the team's media properties  - Using various digital tools for social media management (posting, tracking, analyzing, etc.)  - Keeping up-to-date with advances in digital marketing and social media technology and improving the Social Media strategy accordingly  Key requirements:  - A bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing  - A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling Social Media marketing  - At least 2 years of experience in running and executing social media campaigns at a digital marketing agency  - Experience of handling the social media marketing of over 5 large MNC clients   - A strong working knowledge of all Social Media marketing practices  - An outstanding ability to think strategically, and to identify and resolve problems  - A strong understanding of web and Social Media analytical tools (like Google Analytics, Keyhole, AgoraPulse and BuzzSumo)  - A functional understanding of HTML and CSS  - A proficient and up-to-date understanding of web trends  Good to have:  - An MBA, preferably in marketing  - Experience of handling an annual budget of over U.S. $ 100,000 for social media marketing  - Certifications like Facebook Blueprint, and other Social Media certifications from Hootsuite Academy, HubSpot Academy, etc.  - A good understanding of WordPress and other content management systems  - A basic understanding of web-based project management softwares, like Trello  - Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Excel  Benefits and Perks:  Our excellent benefits include everything from great medical and life insurance to catered meals.
