Media.net - Senior Manager/Lead - HR Generalist (8-12 yrs)

Role Summary: To help navigate our current & future growth, Media.net is looking for a Senior Manager (HR Lead) for its Corporate HR (CHR) team. In this role you would be responsible for leading a team of associates and Team Leads who manage HR policies, programs, and operations for Business Units within the Media.net group. This is a critical role with a high level of visibility (including externally to media) and will allow you to create and implement innovations towards managing a large and diverse talent pool at a fast growing technology company. In this role you will report to the CEO of Media.net.

While the list below is not exhaustive, it offers visibility into the various areas of responsibilities. In this role, you will:

- Create & manage HR guidelines & HR handbooks.

- Actively engage with all levels of managers to ensure its alignment and implementation.

- Design, plan, and implement compensation and benefits programs & participate in compensation surveys and competitive analysis - both external and internal.

- Build and run innovative programs for organizational/employee engagement & development.

- Work closely with all functions & business units to address employee issues proactively.

- Manage payroll & benefits for the entire organization.

- Create HR dashboards to track key metrics for periodic assessment of HR functions.

- Be responsible for administrative and statutory compliance of HR policies.

- Collaborate with senior management on building a performance management strategy and philosophy for the entire organization; implement performance & workforce management practices and drive implementation across various businesses and functional teams.

- Be very hands-on in everything that you do and balance strategic projects and day-to-day operations with equal - lan.

Desired Skills and Experience

- You have worked in a HR/CHR/BHR/HRBP Generalist role for at least 8-10 years at Tier I Technology/IT/ITES/KPO/Analytics/BPO/Internet Media/Online Media companies known for its HR best practices & people orientation.

- Your company has participated in the Great Place to Work or similar initiatives & you've been instrumental in its listing & success.

- You (preferably) have a relevant post graduate degree (MBA/Masters in an HR discipline).

- You have managed teams of associates and/or TLs previously.

- You are passionate about making your organization a highly regarded place to work.

- You can create original HR content, policy, documentation, ideas, and thought leadership.

- You deliver in tight spots and under deadlines.

- You are analytical, logical, and believe data is important in everything you do.

- You have exceptional communication skills - written and spoken.

- You can actively listen to and connect with individuals at all levels of the organization.

- You have reported to Sr Management/Founders of your previous organizations & worked on HR strategy roadmaps with them.
