Job Responsibilities Include :

- Independently use strong analysis, interpretation and independent judgment of client traffic to provide feedback to programmatic demand partner clients for campaign optimization to drive growth and volume.

- Developing Campaign Strategy, Monitoring and Optimizing for spend and performance to capture customer marketing KPIs.

- Manager overall account growth.

- Identify and seize opportunities in an account; Create and support multi-product solution promotions and collaborate with the in-market sales team to create a growth strategy for potential advertisers.


- Use advanced optimization techniques and work on products across Google, Mobile and Video, Analyze trends and develop bid strategies, manage creative assets and make budget allocation decisions across the book of business.

- Collaborate effectively with vendors and in-market sales team to drive growth plans of our large advertisers


- Develop and apply knowledge of market and competitive environment for vertical and sub-verticals in solutions offered.

- Contribute to documenting best practice guides, socialize scenarios that adversely impact performance and follow process guidelines. participate in knowledge sharing, identify process gaps and assist on projects that improve the team's overall performance.

Minimum Qualifications :

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience (below mentioned) in managing online marketing campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications :

- MBA or other advanced degrees.

- Proficiency in the display ecosystem of ad networks, demand-side platforms (DSPs), first-party and third-party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad operations and Google display ad buying, delivery and measurement platforms.

- Ability to manage auction-based display campaigns across the Google Marketing Platform and Google Ads for large, complex clients focused on performance goals.

- Effective analytical skills.

- Excellent business acumen, problem-solving and project management skills.
