We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Programmatic Account Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing advertiser campaigns, utilizing major Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) such as DV360 and Trade Desk. Your primary focus will be on campaign optimization to achieve advertiser Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, providing valuable insights and recommendations to maximize their campaign performance.
The ideal candidate is proactive, able to work independently, possesses excellent customer-facing communication skills, proven team leader and has a strong background in media buying.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution and optimization for a portfolio of advertisers within major DSPs like DV360 and Trade Desk.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for campaign-related discussions and strategic guidance.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, including insightful analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization, such as targeting adjustments, creative testing, bid modifications, and budget reallocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, creative, and data analysis, to ensure seamless campaign execution and successful outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within
programmatic advertising to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Conduct regular performnce reviews and deliver comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, campaign insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of programmatic campaigns.
- Manage a team of 3 - 5 Account Managers for day-to-day activities, client interactions and overall growth of the team and business unit
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 5 - 7 years of work experience as a Programmatic Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably within an advertising agency or digital media company.
- In-depth knowledge of major Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), such as DV360 and Trade Desk, and hands-on experience with campaign management and optimization within these platforms.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and leveraging data-driven insights to drive optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactive mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative to implement them.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
- Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms and technologies, such as social media advertising and ad exchanges, is a plus.
