Media.net - Manager/Senior Manager - Finance & Accounting - CA

Job Description & Role Requirements :

- C.A with about 4 -6 years experience in industry (preferably IT and ITES), passed preferably in the 1st attempt.

- Should be extremely sharp, have quick grasping ability, go-getter, positive attitude & extremely congenial.

- Should be very organized, time and process driven and a team player.

- Should be good in Spreadsheets, analysis (both at high level and very minute levels).

- Should have very good analytical, presentation and communication skills

- Should drive monthly and annual closing process, large scale reconciliations of inter-co billing, payouts, Account Receivables and Account Payables.

- Should have worked on consolidating multi-level entity financials with detailed level break up of P&L and Balance Sheet.

- Should be familiar with IFRS (US GAAP), Indian GAAP, new Companies Act, Income Tax, Service Tax, & all the latest changes in the industry as well as best practices, etc.

- Should have worked on hard closing of books, drafting schedules, notes of accounts, accounting policies, etc.

- Should have handled any Big 4 audit and due diligence activities.

- Should have the ability to get the things done/in place by ensuring a proper follow up process with team/peers/etc.
