Job description :

Summary :

- We're looking for super smart & seasoned business development specialists who have a thorough understanding of International Business Development for Technology products, preferably in the US & European markets with a good understanding of the internet search industry.

A 3-dimensional profile, this Involves 3 core competencies, namely :

Marketing :

- Strategize international marketing efforts

- Identification and segregation of potential global Market Segments

- Develop relevant advertisements, sales collaterals and business proposals at par on global standards

- Determine targeted pitches for each client segment

Business Development :

- Make compelling / engaging proposals in response to incoming enquiries.

- Negotiate commercials, agreement terms and close deals.

- Proactively and strategically initiate contact with newly discovered potentials.

Account Management :

- Build reports to analyze data and consistently increase revenue with time.

- Study client's existing advertising options and consult them on the most appropriate process, to ensure seamless integration of our solutions, also ensuring the best customer experience for the clients.

- Provide commercial, marketing and strategic suppor as & when needed.

- Become the commercial liaison between the client & our company and provide necessary assistance on escalated or urgent issues, promptly & effectively.

- Effectively manage anywhere between 20-40 accounts.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Graduate/PG from any stream, great academics + extra curricular activities preferred with anywhere between 5-10 years of experience in Sales/BD for Technology/IT/Internet media related products.

- Experience in dealing with international clients a must.

- Excellent spoken & written communication skills are a must.

- Persistent and Aggressive selling skills.

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Good Team Player.

- Ability to complete complex volumes of work quickly and independently.

- High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation.

- Avid internet user, with strong inclination towards technology.

- Familiarity with Internet search industry preferred.

- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office & the Internet.
