Finance & Accounting Associate - Non CA - 3-6 Years Experience.
As a Finance Executive, your responsibilities will involve maintaining an effective accounting and financial capability in the organization that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measures performance across the business.
What does the Role Encompass?
- Month-end closing and reconciliations
- Accounting, Taxation and Statutory Compliance.
- MIS Reports - Bank Reco., Month-end provisions and prepaid entries, Ageing Analysis etc.
- Work on spreadsheets and excel.
- Handle Audit process and queries.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
Who should apply for these roles?
- Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant experience of 3-6 years.
- Ability to routinely coordinate with different business teams, all other departments.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Go-getter attitude, ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.
