We are looking for a seasoned Ad Tech industry professional who has a high performance background in ad tech business operations, partner account management & dual revenue optimization, along with team management & overall strategy driving business.

Job description

- Own all strategic and operational aspects, including integration and onboarding of new partners, and collaborating with product and engineering

- Individually interpreting whether prospective programmatic demand partners will add successful business for the company based on an analysis of their volume, traffic types, experience and overall potential match

- Independently use strong analysis, interpretation and independent judgment of client traffic to provide feedback to programmatic demand partner clients for campaign optimization to drive growth and volume

- Own ad creative review process, including quality control, triaging and escalations.

- Work with the Compliance team and programmatic demand partner clients to review and investigate any complaints for fraudulent activity to mitigate both the client's and Media.net - risk

- Work day-to-day in resolving campaign issues with Ad Operations team

- Ensure timely resolution of issues raised by partners.

- Ensure publishers receive the highest level of customer service and support

Qualifications -

- At least 5-8 years of total relevant work experience with a minimum of 2 years focused on account management within the online, mobile, or video advertising industry

- At least 2-4 years of experience partnering with or negotiating successful deals with RTB/exchanges, mobile mediation partners, 3rd party data providers, advertising networks and/or publishers.

- Bachelor's degree in any stream, PG/MBA preferred but not mandatory
