Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
- Oversee daily account management to ensure high performance, proactively identifying and implementing improvements.
- Continuously optimize for CTR, Quality Score, Conversions, and ROAS.
- Guide and support a team of performance marketers to achieve campaign excellence.
- Provide creative direction based on performance data including ad copy, templates, and visual suggestions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, design, and strategy to align marketing efforts.
- Generate and present detailed weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Drive full-funnel performance strategies that go beyond leads focusing on long-term growth and brand building.
- Align paid marketing initiatives with broader business and marketing goals.
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven success managing 34 Cr+ in monthly ad spend.
- Experience in international campaign targeting is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, and campaign attribution platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in performance reporting and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- MBA or equivalent degree in marketing or related field is preferred.
- Creative thinker with a test-learn-scale mindset for performance strategies.
