Media Planner and Strategist Job Description : - Analyzing data, thinking creatively and designing innovative strategies to make sure client marketing campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective way possible. - Assessing the impact and suitability of different media types used to target certain markets based on their clients' needs and wants. - Developing various options for media plans based on the client's objectives. - Analyzing the client's post-campaign results and recommending refinements. - Interacting with internal and external partners to evaluate, implement, and maintain a media plan - Collecting and analyzing information on different media channels, such as newspapers, radio, magazines, television, films, the Internet, and outdoor posters and digital billboards. - Creating or recommending certain media strategies to attract and retain customers, increase the client's brand recognition, and maintain and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Working closely with clients to understand their needs, wants, and objectives, and then determining which media channels fit best for specific campaigns. - Help manage the day to day and on-going projects and various specific account based needs. - Develop your understanding of media planning concepts and processes. - Work with our partners to ensure that the idea is strategically relevant and commercially viable. - Project management - establish a work plan for each deliverable, direct and define for the team key task assignments and partner and client liaison Experience / Skills : - 8+ years of Media Planning experience; especially across digital channels - Understanding of basic media planning concepts and tools - Ability to decipher campaigns in the market - Exhibit time management skills and the ability to multi-task, manage concurrent projects and work successfully under pressure - Strong quantitative and analytical skills - Solid communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Key Knowledge of tools like Adwords Editor, Analytics, Tiktok Ads, etc Certifications : Google Adwords certified is a must Preference for candidates with experience in media sales and agency side both.
