Qualifications : MBA in Marketing / PG Degree in Media Management

Degree in Visual Communication

Experience : 6 to 8 years in Media Management either from an agency or a corporate

Description:

Responsible for managing, developing and driving KRPLs media communications and presence activity by taking the organizations communication to the consumers

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for maximizing awareness of KRPLs products using multiple media channels (TV, print, radio, social media) in order to raise awareness, drive business and enhance reputation.

2. Organizing and aligning strategies with the marketing head for effective media budget spends.

3. Undertake the profiling of Target Groups and their preferences with respect to the choice of media for information gathering.

4. Focus on the planning, budgeting and execution of ATL communication in line with the brand brief obtained from the brand team on leveraging the medium for each individual communication.

5. To ensure that all media communications activity (i.e. press, radio TV, website, online/social media activity) is integrated with marketing and other strategic campaigns and projects prioritized by other departments.

6. Oversee the development and running of campaign launch and media sites.

7. Evaluate and report on the reach, frequency and impact of media activities through regular media monitoring and contribute copy to campaign evaluations.

8. Optimizing ATL deliverables in events / activations by means of media amplification.

9. Create and maintain media contact lists, liaise with individuals and media outlets and develop and manage relationships with key media partners.

10. Provide media based inputs for the evaluation of the financial aspects such as budgets & expenditures.

11. To be an advocate for the latest tools, metrics and techniques; advising on media trends and best practice.

12. Verification of bills for each media spends.

13. Any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager or management.
