A leading FCMG Company is looking out for Media Manager Key Deliverables of the Role: - Leading &amp; Managing mass media for a part of the company's portfolio in India - Work with brand teams to evolve media strategy basis brand tasks - To provide leadership and guidance to the brand teams on leveraging opportunities in the digital / mobile arena synergistic to the brands business tasks. Energize the company and lead strategy on the digital front. - Lead the successful implementation &amp; execution of all media plans across brands - Provide critical inputs for enhancing effectiveness of the company' media plans - Develop &amp; maintain benchmark media processes &amp; improve upon the same. - Utilize available media vehicles effectively &amp; create new opportunities whenever required - The incumbent is expected to be the driving force by challenging traditional media options and energize the company to embrace New Media channels. - Managing agency relationships - Work closely with the media agency &amp; co-ordinate all implementation activities - Monitor regular MIS &amp; drive initiatives for further improvements - Evaluate competencies, setting &amp; exceeding market benchmarks - Lead &amp; manage the agency teams to constantly improve quality of output - Participate, Influence&amp; Support future road-maps - Play an active support role in transferring best practices across franchises in the portfolio
