The vision is to bring entertainment and creative arts to the domain of education in an effective and addictive manner. With over 10 Youtube channel and expansion on multiple content channels like Youtube, MX Player, TikTok etc,

- We are looking for a strong creative person with experience in training people on camera for the perfect content delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Improve the content delivery by our multiple YouTube anchors and mentors

- Create an actionable feedback mechanism that helps make more engaging videos

- Lead a small dynamic team of editor, camera person and light n sound engineer

- Help conceptualize and storyboard content for each content platform

Requirements:

- You need to have a diploma/UG Degree in Arts and Media and/or have a relevant work experience

- Must be experience with people training for on-camera delivery

- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup

- Self-driven, motivated and assertive

- Understanding of basic cinematography and post-production skills
