Media Data Analyst - Ad Agency

We are Hiring in Media Data Analyst for Leading Innovative Ad Agency

Location: Delhi / Gurugram

Job Description:

- Analyze media data and develop data-driven attribution models to support marketing decisions and budget allocation.

- Design and execute structured incrementality tests to measure campaign and media effectiveness.

- Utilize a combination of client's 1st and 3rd party data to create and activate target audiences.

- Develop data strategies for cross-platform analysis and measurement.

- Build and maintain marketing mixed models, utilizing them to forecast and optimize marketing performance.

- Lead small teams of analysts on client projects, taking responsibility for driving the analytics roadmap.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

1. Passion for data and a deep interest in digital marketing.

2. Strong ability to engage clients and drive change management within the organization as needed.

3. Experience working with and managing clients.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Exceptional attention to detail.

6. Desire for continuous knowledge improvement.

Desirable Skills:

1. Previous experience in media-related roles would be preferred.

2. Knowledge or experience with GA4, GA360, Adobe, CRM systems.

3. Understanding of statistics and modeling techniques, such as attribution and regression.

4. Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Datorama, or similar.
