Opportunity with a leading global media communications agency based out of Delhi .

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for budget allocation & control, vendor management, brand building and media buying on traditional media.

- Responsible for several successful product variant launches by combining a holistic and strategic media approach

- Setting the buying benchmarks and ensuring the same gets executed

- Defining and Implementing the Media Buying Strategies to enhance ROI on Media Investments.

- Driving traditional media solutions as per brand requirement & consumer profiling

- Creating Media Buying Efficiencies across Media Platforms; ATL & BTL

- Identifying Media Trends and conceptualizing Media Buying Strategies accordingly

- Design and evaluate brand concepts which would have a strong resonance and connect with the respective brands and create in sync communication strategies; both Internal and External.

- Reviewing the effectiveness of the marketing/advertising campaigns implemented and taking suitable measures to implement changes in the on-going and future campaigns to maximize results.

- Synergizing Media Requirements to drive economies of scale in terms of Media Planning and Buying and also form advance buying perspectives.

- Creating innovative properties across Media to generate buzz and increase brand awareness.

Skills Required:

- Good communication skills - for client interface

- Ideal candidate should be from Media Buying background and have experience in managing a team and P&L

- Result oriented approach and good communication skills are must.

Candidates having exposure to Media Buying and should have worked extensively on TV and print on a larger scale may only apply.
