Job Responsibilities:
- Goal - Grow our market share of Retail Business of PSU Insurers
- To present Portfolio performance to Heads of Regions and other operating offices of PSU Insurance companies
- Conduct/Attend Agents meetings/conclaves
- Guide, mentor and monitor a team (of two to four) across locations
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT :
- Must be Ambitious, Passionate and outcome oriented
- Must have excellent Relationship and Communication skills
- Prior sales or account management experience in Health Insurance domain
- Substantial People management/Leadership & Territory management experience required
- Willing to travel extensively
- Knowledge of Regional languages will be an added advantage
