Job role and responsibilities: - Provide focussed support to the management to help advance organizational strategic goals and objectives - Help plan, execute, manage, and ensure follow up of high impact strategic initiatives - For each initiative, prioritize task, action items and recommendations. Prepare roadmaps and timeline and monitor the progress of the initiative against this - Assist in primary and secondary market research to assess potential for market entry of MedGenome's products and services across different local and international markets - Analyse business model of competitors, identify value proposition to be built - Conduct research and general analysis on relevant business segments and stay up to date with the key business trends in the segments of interest; identify new targets for initiating partnership or acquisitions Desired experience & expertise: - Bachelors with 4 to 8 years of experience OR Masters in any Management discipline with 2 to 4 years of experience in any of the following: consulting firms, market research firms, corporate strategy teams or in CEO's/ founder's office in a technology or healthcare firm - Prior experience in SaaS product strategy/development is an added advantage - Must have a passion for market research and analysis, being highly skilled in efficiently analysing large data quantities and driving financial modelling and due diligence - Impeccable attention to detail, and time management and organizational skill - Ability to manage multiple priorities & work varied hours, including outside normal office hours - Must be a confident, likable, and approachable individual with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
