Purpose of Job Role
The Individual will look after Mechanical Maint. of Entire Plant and will look after operation of Utility Section i.e. Cooling tower, compressors, Nitrogen Plant and Water Treatment and ETP areas
Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA)
- Minimum Mechanical Breakdown time in Plant
- Predictive Mechanical Maint.
- Operation of Utility Equipment's at optimum efficiency
- No downtime due to Utility Equipment breakdown
- Planning for adequate spare availability
- Manpower Planning and Handling
- Ensuring dept. follows EHS norms
- Maintaining and recording Statutory regulations
Qualification, Experience & Industry Exposure
- Minimum Professional Qualification B. Tech-Mechanical
- Desired Professional Qualification B. Tech- Mechanical
Experience & Industry Exposure:
- Total Experience 10 plus Years
- Relevant Experience i.e in the similar industry - 5 yrs. in PET Resin Industry
- Relevant Experience i.e in the similar job role- 5 years in Maintenance and Utility
