Mechanical Head - Auto Component/EV (18-22 yrs)

- 3D Modelling and simulation: knowledge of various 3D modelling software, cooling system, simulation and material science. Review of initial design documentation and BOM and use them to build PoC or prototypes. Ensure product design to meet DFM, DFA and DFS.

- Mechanical: In-depth knowledge of different materials, tools and production methods, welding technology, sheet metal fabrication, injection molding tools etc.

- Software: Responsible for selecting, defining and creating an innovative software architecture of the TMS, modelling and simulaiton testing

- Regulatory Requirements: Having good understanding on various automotive standards will be added advantage

- He / she is responsible for the development of Proof of concepts (PoC), fully functional prototypes and responsible for testing and validation. Close co-ordination with cross functional team and responsible for the execution activities for the product development, within the given timeline

- Looking for at least 18-22 years experience in battery domain out of overall 22-24 years of experience

- Managing the team of 18-20 people

- Build R & D team, setting up R & D Lab, selection of key R & D equipment as well software

- Adequate knowledge of reading drawings, schematics and data sheets for components as well Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) is desired

- Strong communication skills to relay required design improvements to RnD.

- Good planning skills
