Role Scope : Finance Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of Finance Services globally; both through third-party outsourced providers and through in sourced operations. You will have a responsibility of monitoring &amp; structuring our financial Accounting procedures. Accountabilities And Responsibilities : - Own &amp; manage the end-to-end financial accounting process for our India and US office. - Should manage all financial transactions and reporting. - Integrity of financial operating model &amp; tools. - Should be SME for local accounting operations. - Managing accounting, payroll, financial management and compliances. - Deal with Compliances including diect &amp; Indirect tax and filling. - Preparing Daily and monthly reporting. Required Skill : - Qualified C.A (1st attempt) or Similar - Strong Finance skills - Minimum 2+ Years of the overall industry experience. - Demonstrated track record of excellent service delivery, fast reaction, and crisis management. - Good to have experience in International tax, law, and Compliances. - Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret problems/data gathered from a variety of sources. - Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
