Office: Bangalore, US, (Los Angeles) Role Description: - To perform HR operations / related activities on various systems, primarily pertaining to the employee life cycle (from onboarding to separation). - To process the various HR transactions as per the laid guidelines/SOP- Outbound/Inbound calls from employees & other HR Staff (Good Communication Skills) - To receive/respond to e-mail inquiries - (must have good e-mail writing skills) - To perform tasks within the turnaround time and be able to multitask on a day to day basis. - Employee database management. - Manage attendance process for processing payroll. - Handle payroll related queries for appropriate closure. - Vendor management for HR service providers. What we're looking for? - 2-5 years of work experience, knowledge and understanding of HR processes, programs and policies. - Solid communication and interpersonal skills. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Prior experience of HR Master data maintenance, attendance and payroll management - Solid skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) HR Team
