Meatigo - Manager - Human Resources (4-8 yrs)

We are looking for a high-performing Corporate HR manager to act as liaison manager between the work force and management. You will be responsible for hiring and laying off employees, planning personnel needs, and conducting job analysis.

You will also need to evaluate performances, manage salaries and wages, schedule employee vacations, provide benefits, resolve disputes, and communicate with employees at every level.

Responsibilities :

You will have to hire for Tech and Non tech Roles through organic and Non Organic Channels

You will have to design, plan, and implement human resources programs for the PAN India Operations at Corporate and Plant Level

You will need to administer corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs. A crucial duty would be to manage subordinate staff in their day-to-day work and ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhered to approved budgets.

Other duties include:

- Oversee all necessary paperwork, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, workers compensation claims, and return to work programs is completed

- Create termination packages, complete assigned terminations, ensure all termination paperwork is complete as per requirements

- Oversee the performance management of the employees and assist in salary planning Steer HR-related projects and initiatives throughout the year, maintain HR-related spreadsheets and the HRIS Software

- Develop labour policies

- Handle grievance procedures

Pre requisites :

- Bachelor's degree in business management or human resources is required with atleast 4 years experience in a Managerial capacity

- Candidates with a Master's degree in human resource management and industrial/labour relations would be given preference

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Great verbal and written communications skills; not afraid to speak up when required

- Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and follow-through; strong interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office suite of software.

CTC upto 10 lacs
