- Ensuring compliances under SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, inter alia, including quarterly/half-yearly/ annual and event based filings with stock exchange,

- Ensuring compliance under the SECC Regulations, inter alia, SEBI Inspection Reports, monitoring of the shareholding limits,

- Coordinating with depositories/RTA, etc.

- Adherence to good corporate governance norms and practices;

- Ensuring compliances under the Companies Act and Secretarial Standards,

- Interacting with the Board of Directors, Independent Experts, Auditors i.e. Secretarial, Statutory and Internal Auditors etc.

- Ensuring compliances under SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, inter alia, including tracking shareholding of employees, monthly reports, initial/annual/periodic/continual disclosures, etc.

- Drafting of Agenda, Minutes for Board /Committees meetings, correspondences with Regulatory Authorities.

- Preparation of Annual Report and holding of general meetings

- Handling ancillary matters viz. ESOP, dividend, Constitution/reconstitution of committees of the board and its scope etc.

- Compliance with all the Regulatory requirements

- To provide Opinions, interpretations on regulatory issues and on bye laws and rules of the Exchange.

- To review & release fresh Bye-Laws, Rules & Regulations (Business Rules) of the Exchange and continuous review for necessary amendments.

- To carry out the amendments to Business Rules, Bye laws and Rules.

- To legally examine the various Circulars/ Notices to be issued by the Exchange.

- To prepare and finalise Show Cause Notices and Speaking Orders.

- Preparation of MIS for briefing management about pending cases, coordinating with Counsels and undertake office administration work of the department.

- Managing Litigation of various nature ( civil, criminal) and before various forums (court, forums, tribunal, etc)

- Vetting of Agenda, Minutes of Committees (before circulation/ finalisation)

- Drafting & Vetting and also Advising and Interpretating, wherever required of Agreements, MOU, Settlement Deeds, BG, Agenda, Representations, etc;

- Legal Research, Providing Opinion and Pre-litigation assistance to functional Department.

- To maintain MIS and provide Department Specific information like provisions, Contingent Liability, Board Briefings, Audit data, etc:
