Job Description: 1. Identify actionable insights to maximize revenue and bottom line by optimizing cost of acquisition and engagement, improving customer lifetime value 2. Define campaign objectives (for growth) in alignment with the business objectives. 3. Leverage audience insights to think creatively about segmenting, targeting and reaching potential app users with the right channel and message 4. Devise and drive app install campaigns via online marketing channels including Engine Marketing, Facebook and other channels 5. Lead App store marketing via optimizing elements including App preview, Layout, Description, User reviews and Deep linking 6. Drive app usage &amp; engagement by impacting metrics such as DAU, DAU/MAU Average session length and Retention rate 7. Drive In-app conversion via App notifications, personalization and identifying the right user-recommendation match by working with the Analytics team 8. Partner and manage UI/UX and conversion funnel and impact the app development roadmap by partnering with the product team 9. Track and report on Performance KPIs across all acquisition channels to optimise ROI, including highlighting potential investment trade-offs between channels 10. Conduct content analysis and provide recommendation to respective teams for building effective creatives. 11. Monitor competition on various aspects of their digital presence and growth via digital channels. 12. Leverage analytics to analyze the as-is business scenario and communicate insights to key stakeholders for required action
