CPC campaigns : Devise and drive app install/ cost per order campaigns via online marketing channels including SEM, Facebook, DB 360, Criteo, Affiliates, CRM Customer segments etc. 2. CRM : Work with the CRM team to run campaigns to convert relevant offline customers into online customers 3. New channel partners : Identify & build new acquisition channels & relationships such as Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTM, MagicPin, CouponDunia etc 4. Creatives : Consult the creative team on effective comms for CPC, CRM and In-App properties Frequency & Retention 5. CRM : Consulting the CRM team on Push Notifications, SMS, Emailer and other such campaigns to drive repeat purchase 6. Ops KPIs : Work with the Ops team to maximise CSAT, Serviceability and minimise Delivery times Organic Levers 7. Enhance the Value Proposition for McDelivery and work with related functions to bring it to life 8. ASO : Lead App store optimisations via optimizing elements including App preview, Layout, Description, User reviews, Deep linking and other such tactics 9. SEO : Work with agencies to maximise organic visibility & conversion for our web assets 10. Tech : Partner and manage UI/UX and conversion funnel and impact the app development roadmap by partnering with the product team 11. Media campaigns : Work with the media team to leverage & track impact of Media campaigns & messaging on organic orders 12. Insights : Monitor competition on various aspects of their digital presence and growth via digital channels. 13. Insights : Leverage analytics to analyze the current business scenario and communicate insights to key stakeholders for required action
