Job Summary

Ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and UI solutions that satisfy customer needs. Understands and leads the consumer journey and translates briefs to execution. Applies consumer technology practices to ensure consumer life cycle is optimised, on target, in budget, uninterrupted, and relevant to the business objectives

Job Description

1. Responsible for delivering best in class consumer experience across channels (websites, mobile app, mobile site, digital menu boards, in-store gaming, self ordering kiosks)

2. Drive online delivery and restaurant process improvement, integration with ecosystem partners (food aggregators, delivery, payment providers)

3. Drive omnichannel CRM, develop consumer experience and interface platforms

4. Incorporate best practices in the field of technology and alignment with global standards and policies

5. Evaluation of external partners for all new digital technologies and strategic vendors for operational needs

6. Establish governance mechanisms for close functioning and alignment of team with business operations, Marketing, RSG and agencies

7. Make certain that solution design and delivery meet business requirements and expectations regarding cost, schedule and scope

8. Set priorities & lead the team towards meeting current and roadmap needs of the company
