Job Summary : This role is pivotal in helping build on the descriptive analytics foundation that the company has created over the last 1.5 years, by executing and institutionalizing statistical analysis and predictive modelling. This role will be responsible for - 1) The end to end execution of these advanced analytics use cases - from liaising with IT to ensure that the back end data structures are appropriate, to working with internal stakeholders to ensure that the business problem/ need is being addressed and working with our external analytics agency for the execution using the best methodology possible. 2) For the hands-on execution of ad hoc analytics to support and enable business decision making, spanning across all verticals of the business 3) Driving adoption of analytics for decision making across functions Job Responsibilities : 1. Work with the Function Head and CFO in defining the long-term analytics roadmap for the company along with the 1-year plan 2. Identify an analytics partner for the execution of the defined use cases and working to ensure that they are executed as per timelines and using the appropriate methodology 3. Working with the IT team to ensure that the data architecture is in place to execute all the planned analytics 4. Executing ad hoc analysis to support decision making of various HODs whenever the need arises 5. Driving change management within the organization to ensure that there is a high level of adoption of existing analytics and any future developments 6. Maintenance of existing dashboards and creation of new dashboards in PowerBI 7. Working with other HODs (marketing, development) to drive action basis the insights derived from execution of the various existing and new analytics use cases 8. Working with other functions to ensure that analytics they are carrying out with their agencies (media agency, CRM agency) is technically sound and appropriate
