Job Summary : Responsible for implementation of enhancements to existing as well as new systems by working in collaboration with the Business and application development teams.  Job Responsibilities :   Planning/ Strategy 3-1-Q:  - Executes the Q-on-Q plan  Build Product Features, Execution & Support:  - Independently manage requirements- and design-related activities for complex projects that focus on a single system and have multiple stake-holder types.   - Ability to Deliver PRDs through wireframes and mockups with prioritized features  - Ability to act as a product owner to plan and execute daily engineering activities as part of Sprint execution   - Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications   - Manage technical appropriateness and/or feasibility of requirements and designs  - Ownership of product features from concept till delivery with strong technical and testing understanding  - Provide day to day production support of the E-commerce & CRM applications to all users and staying on top of the production support mailbox queue.  - Demonstrated ability to lead and execute multiple cross-functional projects   - Should be able to perform app testing and validation against requirements   - Scoping out third party programs/integrations with other ecosystems & applications  Analytics :  - Knowledge and understanding of current analytics tools including Google Analytics, CleverTap, Appsflyer, Hotjar etc.   - Analysing product metrics regularly and use the learning for product innovations and improvements.   - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and metrics to back up recommendations and drive actions  Project, Stakeholder & Vendor Management  - Ability to wear project management hat to deliver projects on time within stipulated timeframe  - Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors to execute projects  - Maintain a strong understanding of business processes, strategies, market dynamics and competitive landscape as well as IT capabilities and capacity, and filtering and prioritizing by customer demand and business impact.  - Ability to interact and present information to multiple stakeholders in a weekly/monthly discussion  Job Requirements:  Must-Have :  - Experience to work on both web and mobile products (iOS and Android)  - Work towards product roadmap in a tight schedule, in order to achieve business goals  - A deep understanding of technical product management which will support product delivery from concept to implementation.   - An inclination for numbers and a keen eye for business metrics  - Experience delivering technology products/services in a competitive environment where priorities shift fast  - Ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences  - Experience eliciting and elaborating requirements  - Experience owning, developing, grooming and prioritizing product backlogs.  - Experience partnering with engineering, user experience, sales, operations, and marketing organizations  - Experience building internal and external (third-party) partnerships  - Experience with Web Services and Service Oriented Architectures  - You will align with business partners to balance business and technical objectives and manifest these as clear, stable priorities for the team.  Good-to-Have:  - Worked on ecommerce funnel optimization & conversion funnel  - Strong data-driven analytical skills and be able to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity  - Understanding of customer needs and aspirations deeply and acts as a customer champion  - An intense curiosity about all things technology to include IoT, Data Science, UX and more  Preferred Experience: Bachelor's degree (Engineer/BCA, B. Sc. IT), MCA / MBA preferred  3 - 5 Years in an Ecommerce setup
