McDonalds - Deputy Manager/Manager - Financial Planning & MIS (5-7 yrs)
McDonald's India (South & West) is looking for a Deputy Manager / Manager - Financial Planning and MIS.
Job Summary :
The position would be responsible for developing the annual Financial Planning process across organisation, release of the monthly MIS reports and develop analytics for accurate MIS and finanical insights.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide financial analytics and insights support to leadership.
- Update quarterly projections on a regular basis to project expected & annual quarter results
- Monitor performance measures that are critical to company's strategic direction
- Develop Financial Models for projections, planning as well as customized Business Cases.
- Undertake financial metric analysis to support financial decision making
- Handle Financial evaluation and MIS related to new store openings and re-investments
- Manage the Internal MIS system to generate timely and up to date MIS system
- Partner with Strategic Planning function in preparation of trend, variance & RCA reports on financial results, costs, revenues, cost to income ratio, profitability ratio to give clarity on the financial health of the business to top management
Qualification :
Post Graduate in Finance & Accounts
Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience. Preferably in the Retail or Service industry
