1. Co-create business strategy with CSO to formulate long term growth plan 2. Lead Annual quarterly and annual growth plan which compliments Company Strategy Story and provide consultative support 3. Lead the process of analyzing and communicating the future business scenario, based on in depth analysis and integration of data from multiple sources 4. Work with senior stakeholders and the Westlife Business Council to drive the strategic agenda 5. Keep account of all strategic led innovation projects to ensure future pipeline of business ideas and growth 6. Maintain strategic governance through monthly review meetings to ensure planned achievement of business goals 7. Provide advice and consult on all growth projects 8. Work with strategic project leads on a one on one basis to ensure projects are moving ahead in a consistent manner 9. Develop Project & Change Management modules to enable the organization to recruit skilled project leads and owners, thereby ensuring a robust plan is in place 10. Monitor and report on progress of all future related projects and call out risks to manage contingencies 11. Work closely on external projects and analyze key trends in line with HRPL development strategy 12. Monitor and incorporate external technology and trends to create growth opportunities for HRPL 13. Periodically report findings and updates on on-going future related projects to all stakeholders 14. Analyze data from projects and create dashboards which helps decipher trends and anomalies 15. Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and training available in this arena in order to provide recommendations on project improvements 16. Confidently work with consultants, project management tools and methodologies to support implementation and execution of long term strategies 17. Provide expertise on coaching leads to become specialists in skills required
