For McCafe: Drive the category revenue targets of and achieve target GM% through a 360 degree marketing campaign 2. For Indulgence : Drive demand through various BTL & Store-led initiatives Brand Management 1. Help building Coffee association and continue strengthening - Great place for coffee- Scores 2. Develop a holistic communications brief basis understanding of various consumer insights, emerging needs and relevant use cases. Take forward the brief in the communication development process, concept testing etc 3. Develop a 360 degree campaign basis the strategy to drive the business & marketing objectives. 4. Leverage various occasions & Festivals to drive regular coffee consumption Product Management 1. Co create Menu Roadmap in coordination with Menu Team 2. Develop new product briefs by understanding the need gap in current portfolio & consumer behavior in relation to Refreshments & Indulgence needs. 3. To develop various test projects to understand the effectiveness of new ideas & concepts before scale-up Knowledge Management 1. Develop category led insights through customer immersion programs & research reports 2. Monitor, track & highlight competition advertising activity to feed them into planning & strategy at regular intervals Visual Merchandising Support 1. Briefing the VM manager to develop Visual Merchandise design across various in-store touchpoints with the objective of increasing Coffee, Premium beverages & Dessert conversions
