Category Manager - Burger's Portfolio Job Summary: - Responsible for leading the Burgers portfolio, the largest category in the McDonald's business (West & South) Financial Accountability: - Own and drive the topline revenue for the portfolio - Accountable for achieving the planned Gross Margin of the portfolio Key functional responsibilities: - Drive the category revenue targets of and achieve target GM% through a 360-degree marketing campaign Brand Management: - Grow brand perception scores that deliver on industry leadership - Develop a holistic communications plan and brief basis understanding of various consumer insights, emerging needs and relevant use cases. Take forward the brief in the communication development process, concept testing etc. - Develop a 360-degree campaign basis strategy to drive the business & marketing objectives - Leverage various Occasions & Festivals to drive Burgers consumption Product Management: - Work closely with the New Product development team to pilot and launch new products Knowledge Management: - Develop category relevant insights collaborating with the Consumer insights team. - Monitor, track & highlight competition advertising activity to feed them into planning & strategy at regular intervals. - Analyze and identify drags & growth opportunity for the category business by looking at internal business report. Educational Qualification: MBA - Marketing Preferred Total Experience: 6-9 Years Preferred Relevant Experience: - Experience in Category management from relevant Foods (ideally)/FMCG/Consumer durable companies
