Job Summary : Responsible for enabling timely opening of new stores by means of legal site signings. Would also be responsible for implementing the legal framework necessary to ensure that HRPL remains compliant with all legal requirements. Job Responsibilities: 1. Carry out the process of legal documentation for various business matters and processes of the Company. 2. Analyse legal issues and apply laws to business situations. 3. Prepare agreements and other legal documentation for client functions. 4. Vet documents (including contracts and agreements) for suitability of execution from a business. 5. Execute legal documentation for new store sites. 6. Assist in preparation &amp; monitoring of legal policies and procedures 7. Investigate potential instances of non-compliance as well as seek guidance from senior management to administer potential remediation 8. Perform legal due diligence on prospective partners, new business models or acquisitions and coordinate with top management for M&amp;A related activities 9. Prepare, negotiate, vet and finalize all legal contracts (incl. lease, M&amp;A, etc.), identify potential risks in contracts and provide recommendations to mitigate risk 10. Provide support to global McD Corp team on contract related matters Educational Qualifications : L.L.B. (mandatory) Preferred Relevant Experience : Experience in QSR, Retail or Services in that order
