McCain Foods - Key Account Manager - Modern Trade - B2C Segment (5-8 yrs)
Hiring for the role of Key Account Manager - Modern Trade, qualified MBA professional with 5-8 yrs of work experience as similar space. This position is responsible for delivering Volume, Market share & Business goals for the assigned modern trade customers, by building & executing customer-wise AOC plans. The role also involves significant collaboration with cross-functional teams & region teams to execute plans to grow business as per plan and gain market share.
Role Responsibility:
- Achieve/Exceed Volume, Share and Business Target
- Implement, negotiate and manage JBPs to deliver mutually profitable sales growth for assigned customers. Sell win-win solutions to customers to deliver to McCain and customer goals.
- Ensure delivery of execution KPIs for assigned customers across geographies
- Design & execute RER initiatives to drive recruitment, expansion and share retention goals in-line with channel strategy
- Collaborate with sales teams in regions to align execution plans; support teams in execution & review
- Manage "terms of trade" with customers to create win-win situation on customer expectations & McCain margin requirements
